Breath of Fresh Air: Breathing workshop 3rd Saturday of June, July, and August

This Breathing Class will change your life! Just like yoga: come to class with loose clothing, a yoga mat, a thin blanket or towel, and a bottle of water. We begin with a series of stretches to make more room for your breath. Then we practice a few exercises to strengthen the muscles of your lungs, and finally we practice a dynamic breathing meditation set to music which is unlike anything you’ve tried before. You will leave class with a routine you can practice anytime, anywhere to help you:
