Empowering clients

I’ve starting doing some work with Michelle Babb, a very talented nutritionist in West Seattle.  We presented a workshop last Tuesday (9/13) at Chaco Canyon about empowering the female body to make wise choices about food, exercise, and breathing.  It was a full house and only an introduction of what is to come, as what Michelle and I both discovered is that we have so much more to share.   Read More

Balancing your chakra’s

Our Cakra Crystal Healing lamp has finally arrived and it is ready for treatments.  This is a wonderful treatment that I experienced down in Peru in the Sacred Valley while on retreat last year.  The crystal lamp is one of a kind and we are the only ones to have it in Washington.  The amazing crystal lamp came to us via Brazil licensed through John of God and hand tooled in Germany. The teachers at BendnMove and I are so happy to be swinging into gear at the studio.  The attendance is rising and the energy at the studio is flowing.  We have lots of new props and tools to share with our students, and the dancing teachers are working on new choreography.  It is a very exciting time for BendnMove.
