Offering yoga therapy is my dream job. I love helping people experience the wholeness that can be felt through yoga and mindfulness practices.
Personal injuries and a stressful career lead me to the need for change. That transformation came through yoga therapy. Soon after my healing began, I saw the opportunity to use everything I had learned to help others suffering from these modern-day afflictions. BendnMove was created to assist in the construction of a fuller life grounded in mental and physical health and happiness.
I am certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, International Buteyko Clinic, and Yoga Alliance.

A yoga therapy experience…
Tamara has been my yoga teacher and therapist for quite a few years. She has assisted me through grief, life changes and my spirituality. The way Tamara approaches my body when I am experiencing pain from Osteo arthritis is remarkable. I always leave the studio feeling good in my mind and body; relaxed, less discomfort, and with a series of movements to assist me while at home. And Tamara is always reachable, easy to be with, comforting.

I was born to teach…
My love for yoga practice for over 25 years and my 30-year background as an educator inform me to be a guide not a sage. I strive to teach how through movement a metamorphosis takes place in the body and the mind. My passion is teaching yoga that helps aging students develop a safe and sustainable practice. The classes I teach are small which allows me to get to know you, guide and help you as needed.
As an Internationally Certified Aromatherapist I offer consultations on how to use pure essential oils to support your body and help you stay well. I create blends tailored to your needs.
