Balance and Breathe: A nutrition and yoga series

Join mind-body nutritionist Michelle Babb, MS, RD, and yoga therapist Tamara Gillest, MS, for a 6-week workshop series designed to help you restore the balance in your body and recover your vitality.

You’ll receive expert guidance on how to thrive through an anti-inflammatory cleanse while using breath and movement to connect with your body. Learn how to:

  • Let go of the foods that are making you feel sluggish, heavy, and moody
  • Discover the foods that give you energy and help you feel strong and confident in your body
  • Ditch the dieting mentality and eat mindfully with purpose and intention
  • Manage physical versus emotional hunger
  • Trust your body wisdom and harness the breath to create more ease and vitality
  • Use gentle movement to optimize health and reduce stress
