Building a Foundation for Health and Wellbeing
An immersive retreat on February 6, 2020. Join us for a day of discovery to explore movement, mindful eating, and restorative practice with Tamara, Michelle Babb, and Milo Minnis. The day will start out with an exploratory movement session to help inspire healthy, authentic and natural movement. Identify what you want to bring forward in 2021 and we will express this in practice. Join the group for a cooking session with Michelle Babb focused on mastering mindful eating. Live, from the kitchen, Michelle will lead us through lunch preparation followed by enjoying lunch together. The ingredient list will be sent ahead so that you can prepare your lunch along with Michelle, or just enjoy the discussion and your own prepared meal. We’ll have a 30 minute break after lunch to rest our eyes and bodies before rejoining for a restorative movement practice with Milo. A short discussion circling up and having time to talk through any break throughs, ideas, questions, etc will end our day together. The proposed schedule is:
    Part One 10:00 am Opening circle 10:30 am Explore Natural, Authentic Movement 11:45 am Bio Break and transition time Part Two 12:00 pm Move to the Kitchen with Michelle Babb, Food Prep, Lunch Time 1:00 pm Break away from Zoom Part Three 1:30 pm Restorative Yoga with Milo 2:45 pm Bio Break Part Four 3:00 pm Sangha Discussion, Connection, Journaling 3:45 pm Closing Circle
If you can’t join us for the day, perhaps you can attend part of it. We’ll divide the day into the 3 major parts and you can use a punch on your class pass or pay the drop in rate of $22 to attend any one part. Attend part four at no charge. Full day pricing: If you are a monthly unlimited member, your price is $30. All other members, your price is $55 and for non-members your price is $65.
