Morning Meditation – Mudra and Breath Centered
Join Tamara for morning mediation on Fridays at 8am. Mornings are a great time to meditate so that your bodies energies are channeled towards your intentions for the day. Tamara will lead you through a short mediation using mudras (hand gestures) to help hold your attention and channel energy into and around your body. Mudras are affective for channeling different energies as you hands hold many acupressure points and connect into your nervous system. This class is by donation to the studio.
