Sunday Restorative Yoga: Rest and Renew

Restorative Yoga focuses on poses that encourage your body to relax. This deep relaxation( active rest) supports physiological and physical healing by stimulating your body, producing natural chemicals that help lessen the effects of stress and injury. Restorative Yoga supports your immune system and sharpens your mind and reenergizes your body. Your body will relax completely and you will come away restored, renewed and energized. Milo Minnis is an advance trained Restorative Yoga teacher who will guide you through a wonderful 90 minutes of bliss.
