Yoga for Building Prana
Join us for a pranayama class focused on building breath capacity in the low, mid, and upper core. Learn how to use your core muscles to support healthy breathing. Learn about dysfunctional breathing patterns and how to move to a more functional way of breathing to support your health. This is a three class series, but you can join individually. If you are already a member at BendnMove, your class pass will cover tuition. If you are new to BendnMove, you can purchase a class pass or purchase this series for $65. This class is offered twice on the specified Tuesdays, 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. 9/15, 9/22, 9/29.
