Yoga for Self Care during the Holidays

Bring a friend and they attend for free. Join us for a gentle yoga practice that will introduce easily accessible self-care practices for support during the busy holiday season ahead. In this class we will address typical tension holding patterns and explore gentle stretches to release and reduce that tension, breathing practices that calm and balance the mind and nervous system. You will also learn about the practice of Yoga Nidra—also referred to as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Treat yourself to an evening of self-care and enter the holiday season from a calm and grounded place. Your regular class pass applies to this special workshop. Early registration by Friday 11/16 at noon is required to plan for materials and participation.
