|Tamara Gillest||Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, and a Certified Yoga Teacher and trainer (CYT 500 level) registered with the Yoga Alliance. I love to help people find balance using the tools of yoga. Whether recovering from an injury or illness, yoga can help you manage your condition and guide you towards wellness. My teaching style incorporates educational tidbits for practical use outside the studio.
I am also an accredited Buteyko Practitioner and offer Buteyko education both individually and in groups to help students manage sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, anxiety, asthma, and other imbalances.
My background includes a career in information technology and I earned a Masters degree of Science in Strategic Management. I also have a bachelor degree in Computer Science and Accounting with a 25 year career in IT Consulting and Software Development. I bring my skills together to not only own and manage BendnMove, but also offer corporate wellness workshops to increase productivity and well-being.

Milo is a former educator who now uses her teaching skills to provide caring and thoughtful classes for all bodies. She is certified as a Yoga Therapist, a Yoga teacher and an Advanced Restorative Yoga Instructor. She has been trained in the Krishnamacharya and Iyengar Traditions. Her philosophy is that every body can do yoga and motion is lotion. She strives to teach each student a safe and sustainable yoga practice as we age. She offers weekly classes and is available for private session by appointment.
|Kapil Agrawal||Kapil came to Yoga in 2005. He practiced in the Iyengar tradition for over 10 years, and served on the board of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Greater New York. Several years ago, through an eye-opening experience, he encountered yoga in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga. Since that time he has undergone extensive training in the theory and practice of yoga, and received mantra initiation, in this tradition. Kapil believes in practicing and teaching yoga that is balanced and which enables connection with different levels of our being: physical, energetic, emotional, and beyond. Kapil is currently completing his training at the RYT-500 level.|
|Karie Bloxton||A teacher who has been practicing yoga since 1997, teaching since 2004. Yoga has given me a means to stay centered and present. I encourage students to discover how each posture lives within their own body. The beauty of this lineage of yoga is that it meets us where we are. The practice will never be the same, because we are never the same.
The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education has deepened Karie's desire to connect, to teach and to learn. Why do we injure ourselves? What can we do to prevent or alleviate discomfort? Feldenkrais can be a wonderful tool to figure out how to not just feel better, but "be" better.
Karie offers Functional Integration sessions and she is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (800 hour).

|Jill has successfully completed the Hanna Somatic Exercise Coach Level 1 training and is currently in the third-year Clinical Somatic Educator-in-training program with Essential Somatics. She has a background in massage therapy, body-mind coaching, brain and sensory integration, and meditation. During classes Jill teaches a blend of neuroscience, philosophy, and movements designed to release chronic muscular tension and to promote energy and relaxation.|
|Vida Yousefi||I’ve been practicing yoga for many years. Working as a dentist, I found yoga a great exercise to bring balance to my body after long hours of work. Yoga helped me to develop an awareness of my body language and increased my sensitivity to the signs and signals of my body. I became certified by Tulku Lobsang to teach Tibetan healing yoga and I would love to share it with others so they can also benefit from this healing movement practices.
I am also a certified Yin yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. I found Yin yoga a great complement to the busyness of our life, where we can find some stillness and stretch our bodies through slow paced, simple yoga postures after a long work day, or we can do it as a morning practice to start our day.
