Gentle Yoga for Every Body:
Sign Up
Instructor will lead students through a series of yoga poses using modifications as necessary to help each student understand and experience the benefits of yoga. The use of breath with movement is used to help connect the body to the mind through intentional movement. No experience is necessary and you can join anytime.
Yoga for Vibrant Health:
Sign Up
This practice allows the student to experience yoga stretches using tools like chairs, blocks, and light weights. Gentle fun movement is incorporated to help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Use of a chair for support and stabilization is recommended as needed. Appropriate for all levels. Join anytime!
Yoga for Balanced Body and Breath:

Breath centered practice with classical yoga postures presented holistically and gently to create harmony and balance in the body and mind. Experience yoga for your whole being, bring vitality and serenity back. Suitable for all levels. Modifications provided for your unique needs.
Restorative Yoga:

Restorative yoga is a wonderful way to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Restorative Yoga asanas (poses) unite your physical, mental and spiritual elements. Your body will relax completely, and you will feel restored, renewed and energized. No experience needed. If you like savasana you will love Restorative Yoga.
Yoga for Heathy Hips and Back:

Students are lead through a series of asanas focused on stretching and strengthening the low back and hips. Focus on breath and movement to help ease and integrate healthy movement leading to better awareness of posture. This class tends to be a beginning class, but welcomes all levels. Join anytime.
Gentle Somatic Movement:
Sign Up
Gentle movement that brings awareness to movement patterns helping to support posture and joint alignment. Suggested breath awareness techniques help to relax the body and mind leaving the student feeling relaxed and recharged.
Yoga for Managing MS and Parkinson's disease:

This is offered as a private class for older adults who are experiencing challenges with balance and transitioning to and from the floor. The majority of the class is offered from a chair. It includes gentle movement, mindful breathing, and reflection. Please schedule your private session by calling the studio.
Integral Sound Therapy
Sign Up
Students are invited to relax lying down or seated to soak in the sounds and drop into a sound meditation. Various instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drum, gong, tuning forks, and more used to guide the listener into a deep healing experience. This experience is also offered in a private one to one session.
