This course is designed to draw from your personal experience and guide you toward embodying a meditative way of relating in your daily life. I will be your guide, but the contents of your own body, mind and life are your teacher. The cohort will consist of up to 9 participants, creating a comfortable environment that fosters honesty, vulnerability, and emotional expression.
