One on One

Membership Packages

One on One:
Foundations

Most clients getting one on one training benefit from 1 lesson per week, with 1 in-studio practice per week, and access to unlimited zoom sessions with the community.

This basic package is $500 per month

One on One:
Extra Care

If you are coming from an injury or severely limited state of movement, you will want to commit to 3 months of 2x lessons per week, with 1 in-studio practice and unlimited zoom sessions with the community.

This Extra Care Package is $900/mo. for 3 month commitment

Complete Transformation

If you’re committed to transforming your body, we offer a 1 year guided program with your teacher that is personalized to your individual needs and concerns. Only available after an in-depth assessment. If interested, let us know by booking a “Transformation Assessment” and we will further discuss what your Complete Transformation program will entail.
