Pilates Class West Seattle
Our studio Pilates sessions involve reformers and other props that support you while you build the strength to do matwork and yoga. All sessions involve a training and practice element so you get the benefit of spending time on your own body and get a lot more out of that then generic classes.

Yoga Class West Seattle
We have a variety of Yoga classes from Restorative and Gentle, to Yoga for everyone. The overall goal of all classes is to teach you skills that lead to growth and progress. That is achieved by finding your edges and pushing them one layer at a time, whether it is to relax better or strengthn, it is all the same process. Yoga meets you where you are at and takes you where you want to go.

Virtual pilates yoga classes.
Our Virtual classes largely center around yoga and mat pilates work. They follow the same process you learn in studio and the same philosophy of meeting you where you are and advancing you safely and incrementally. You will not recognize the person you were when looking back after a year of consistent practice.

Meditation
All of our zoom lessons include a time of meditation. We also have weekly meditation group that meets over zoom. This is a great way to make deeper connections in the community as we get to know and support each other on our practice and path.

Practice Sessions
You’ve been learning a skill and the only way to develop it is to practice. Come join your studio friends, fellow learners, fellow practitioners, and get some work done on the areas and things that are important to you or that the body needs that day.
