Our Basic One on One Monthly Membership includes a weekly lesson and unlimted practice.
Even with individual lessons, practice is essential for the students growth and transformation. It increases the value of the teachings when the student has an equal contribution to the learning process.

Extra Care
If you are coming from an injury or severely limited state of movement, you may need more regular individual attention, alongside a modified practice schedule.
Extra care includes 2 Individual lessons a week and unlimited practice. There is a 3 month commitment as this is the shortest time it may take to work through whatever issue you may be having.
This Extra Care Package is $1019/mo. for 3 months
