Memberships auto-renew until you cancel. In order to prevent billing, you must notify 10 days in advance of billing date to cancel your membership. If not cancelled in time, whatever fees I incur will be deducted from any potential refund. Refunds not guaranteed if not cancelled in time.

No show lessons will always be charged. Please communicate.

If you need to cancel a lesson, I’m happy to be flexible. Don’t take advantage of it. Cancel with as much notice as you can, and when you just can’t do it one day, let me know and we will deal with it as needed.

Membership fees are set and not adjusted if you did not use the membership. We set it up for you to show up and care for your body. We will help you do so.

For us to stay open and provide these services to the community, we must pay for expenses such as rent, internet and web fees, credit card transaction fees.
