Private Yoga

Private yoga therapy is a great way to get started, especially if you are unfamiliar with yoga or have been away from it for a while. During your appointment you will be offered movement that works for you. Personalized yoga therapy offers many great benefits is often found useful for those suffering from many imbalances like Parkinson’s disease, MS, Fibromyalgia, Back and Hip pain including Scoliosis and Spondyolethisis, Shoulder and neck stiffness, repetitive motion imbalance, anxiety and depression, many sleep related disorders, and breath related imbalances.

Meditation

Developing a meditation practice can be difficult to do on your own. We offer guided meditation using iRest, Classic Yoga Nidra, Mantra, Mudra, and and breath related instruction. Develop your own personalized practice using many tools.

Gentle Yoga for Every Body:

Instructor will lead students through a series of yoga poses using modifications as necessary to help each student understand and experience the benefits of yoga. The use of breath with movement is used to help connect the body to the mind through intentional movement. No experience is necessary and you can join anytime.
Gentle Yoga with Fascia Tune-up

Instructor will lead students through a series of yoga poses using modifications as necessary to help each student relax and bring awareness into their bodies. The use of breath with movement along side fascia tune up tools like foam rollers, balls, blankets and chairs to enhance deep release of body tissues. No experience is necessary and you can join any time.
Yoga for Vibrant Health:

This practice allows the student to experience yoga stretches using tools like chairs, blocks, and light weights. Gentle fun movement is incorporated to help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Use of a chair for support and stabilization is recommended as needed. Appropriate for all levels. Join anytime!

Yoga for Heathy Hips and Back:

Students are lead through a series of asanas focused on stretching and strengthening the back and hips. Focus on breath and movement to help ease and integrate healthy movement leading to better awareness of posture. This class tends to be a beginning class, but welcomes all levels. Join anytime.
Yoga for Managing MS and Parkinson's disease:

This is offered as a private class for older adults who are experiencing challenges with balance and transitioning to and from the floor. The majority of the class is offered from a chair. It includes gentle movement, mindful breathing, and reflection. Please schedule your private session by calling the studio.
Integral Sound Therapy
Sign Up
Students are invited to relax lying down or seated to soak in the sounds and drop into a sound meditation. Various instruments including Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drum, gong, tuning forks, and more used to guide the listener into a deep healing experience. This experience is also offered in a private one to one session.
